Dr. Alireza Fereidunian (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees all in electrical engineering from the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, in 2009 and 1997, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Tehran. His research interests include smart grid, high reliability distribution systems, and application of IT and AI in power systems. Moreover, he works in complex systems, systems reliability, and human-automation interactions areas, where he has invented the Adaptive Autonomy Expert System. Alireza has been serving as an independent consultant to utility companies and municipalities for more than ten years. He is an IEEE Smart Cities Ambassador 2022.

Prof. Aydogan Ozdemir

Prof. Aydogan Ozdemir was born in Artvin, Turkey, in January 1957. He received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1980, 1982, and 199y. He is currently a full Professor at Istanbul Technical University. His current research interests are in electric power systems and high-voltage engineering, emphasizing asset management, reliability analysis and intelligent method applications in power system modeling, simulation, analysis and control, smart grids, and building automation systems. He has published more than 150 technical papers and conducted several research activities. He is a Member of the National Chamber of Turkish Electrical Engineering and a Senior Member of IEEE PES.

دکتر هادی مدقق

دکتر هادی مدقق فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه تهران در سال ۱۳۹۶ با حکم مدیرعامل اسبق توانیر بعنوان مشاور مدیرعامل و مجری طرح ملی فهام در توانیر مشغول بکار شد و سپس دی ماه ۱۳۹۷ طی حکمی از سوی مدیرعامل سابق توانیر بعنوان مدیرکل دفتر هوشمند سازی و فناوری توانیر منصوب شده بود. وی قبلا نیز متولی طرح فهام در شرکت سابا بود که با ادغام سانا و سابا از این سازمان جدا شد و به توانیر آمد. هم اکنون هادی مدقق به عنوان مدیرکل دفتر برنامه ریزي کلان در شرکت تولید برق حرارتی (TPPH) مشغول فعالیت است.
